14th February 2013 - Love Thyself

So here we are - St Valentines Day ... a day for celebrating lovers. But what about celebrating the love we have for ourselves? No really ... beyond elderflower champagne and raw chocolate pampering, I'm talking about the holy moly wake up call of a far deeper nature... by shifting the old patterns and beliefs held deep within our bodies, we can give our dna a total 'love all / serve all' makeover.

How strange that in our society, the notion of loving yourself above all else seems such a narcissistic and self-centred act and yet isn't that our ultimate state of being? Centred with self. Self love.

6th February 2013 ~ Success or Failure?

Like everything in this new time, it is all a matter of perspective! Is the cup half full or half empty? Yes, we failed to reach our Kickstarter target but in the past five weeks we have received over 36,000 hits to our website. Wow!

Like the tribal Elders in our film, we put out a call for assistance and nearly 200 amazing people answered our call from all over the world. People mostly who are not known to us, but who felt so moved by what we are doing that they took action and gave.

For us that is a huge success story and we thank each and every one of you dear souls.

Since we failed to reach our kickstarter goal, no monies will be taken from your accounts and we of course received nothing, since Kickstarter is an 'all or nothing' deal. So our final pleas to each one of you is to ask you to go to the bottom of this page and make your donation directly through our website.

So where do we go from here....

30th January 2013 ~ TWITTERINGS

Well we're three weeks into our Kickstarter Crowdfunding Appeal and our intention is to raise the completion funds so badly needed to get this 'baby' to the screen. Both Kate and myself have been on a huge learning curve these past weeks as we have delved into the world of social media. 'Viral' is the new buzz word in the office and we have rapidly become Facebook fanatics and Twittering wizards.

Spam is clearly not on the menu lunchtimes.

4th January 2013: FIRST BLOG OF A NEW ERA

The edit is an amazing experience. I sit here listening to these voices transfixed with their wisdom. Learning all these tools as I edit. A small voice in my heart tells me where their wisdom could speak in the film. Is it me who is deciding or is it your collective consciousness gifting me these suggestions?

21st December 2012: END OF AN ERA - AND THE FIFTH SUN CYCLE

Well this is it folks… so much expectation and anticipation of this long awaited date and yet here we are, tapping out the keys and checking our emails as usual. Hmm...How are we all feeling? I think therein lies the clue, because it’s all about the experience now.

So after seven years of filming interviews and ceremonies, last year we started shooting the dramatic aspects of the film with our protagonist Estas Tonne, poet Peter Moore and our beautiful grandmother Jo Crow. We spent a summer following the journey of a gypsy troubadour busking on the streets throughout Europe, we shot dream sequences in stone circles and brought ancient woodland to life with elves and body-painted tree nymphs.
